Wire tension can be adjusted and pre-set to the required value according to the application so as to achieve appropriate winding condition and ensures the conformity of each coil’s technicalparameters.

Humidity: 30%~60%
Aircleanliness:6grade(1000grade).
Wire cleanliness: wire should be stored and used in a relatively clean environment. Wire should be free of dust during winding.For wax-coated enamel wire application, addition filtration unit/equipment should be added before the tensioner. Parts such as roller, wool ring and etc have to be cleaned frequently to avoid functional fault cause by the wax particles.
